Come, Follow Me Renewal Orders will always be charged on September 25th of every year. 

General Conference Card Set Renewals will always be charged on the 5th day of April and October. 

Doctrinal Mastery Card Sets will be charged on December 1st of every year. 

Renewal Policy

By purchasing a subscription product, customers agree to be automatically charged on a recurring basis according to the product description. The renewal of the subscription will occur at the designated time frame unless canceled or skipped prior to the renewal date.

Renewal Agreement
When purchasing a subscription, all customers acknowledge and consent to the automatic renewal process. Each renewal order will be processed automatically unless otherwise canceled or skipped by the customer. A reminder email will be sent to the customer 5 days before the renewal date, providing sufficient notice of the upcoming charge.

Cancellation and Skipping Policy
Customers have the option to cancel or skip their subscription payment before the renewal is processed. These actions can be taken through the customer's account portal or by contacting customer service. Once the renewal order has been processed and the product has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Return Policy
If a customer wishes to return a shipped product, it must be unused and unopened to be eligible for return. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returning the product, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure proper handling. Please note that subscription orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
